Webbing Slings
Flat Webbing Sling with Soft Eyes these types of slings are generally known as either a Simplex or Duplex Web sling.
We manufacture webbing slings from 100% heavy duty polyester webbing and are able to produce each sling with the following specifications—
ï‚·Width—25mm up to 600mm widths.
ï‚·Capacity—250 kg up to 40 ton.
ï‚·Colour—according to tonnage and EN Standard.
ï‚·Safety Factor 7—1
Polyester webbing have many advantages over equivalent chain or steel wire rope slings, particularly where the item to be lifted is in danger of being marked or damaged in the lifting process. The slings flexibility and ease of handling are appreciated by those involved in the lifting process and the wide load-bearing surface aids safer lifting.
Simplex and Duplex webbing slings are woven from high strength polyester yarn which has good shock absorption properties with a high strength to weight ratio. All slings are manufactured in accordance with the current international standards.
Polyester slings are suitable for use in temperature range - 40 degree 'C' to 100 degree 'C' and are resistant to moderate strength acids. Do not use in alkali conditions. All slings are Colour coded for increased safety and can be checked against our wall charts. All slings are manufactured in accordance with the current international standards.

Polyester Round Slings
Our Round slings are made to the EN Standard 1492-2, from 100% polyester load bearing internal yarns. A seamless polyester cover protects the load bearing yarns.
Due to the tubular design of the protective cover, the Round sling is made without seams, which gives strength to the covering
materials as it has no edges to contend with.
How they are made
The round slings load-bearing core is produced from high tenacity polyester yarn wound continuously to provide maximum strength with minimum weight. The outer cover is also manufactured from high tenacity polyester yarn for maximum abrasion resistance.
